Start time 11.00 am for runners, 11.02 for teams, 11.04 for the rest of the entrants. Runners are entrants who can complete the 6km course in less than 30 minutes. The split starting times are for safety reasons when crossing Epinal Way.

Adequate free parking on the Loughborough University campus. Car parks will be signposted

Circular, mainly flat and suitable for all abilities. The 6km route from the running track will pass through the campus across Epinal Way, through Loughborough College to Radmoor Rd, Queens Park, Packe St, Market St, Market Place, Wards End, Forest Rd, return across Epinal Way to finish on the running track.
